- Lithium niobate (LiNbO3) wafers: 3, 4, 6 and 8 inch listed; X, Z, Y, 41°, 64° and 128° Y-cut options; Zn or MgO doping review; 0.18–1.00 mm reference thicknesses; single or double-side polishing.
- Lithium tantalate (LiTaO3) wafers: 3, 4 and 6 inch listed; X112°, Y28°, Y36° and Y42° options; Fe reference doping; 0.25–1.00 mm reference thicknesses; polishing and grinding routes.

## Applications
SAW filters, RF resonators, acoustic transducers, optical waveguides, electro-optic modulators, nonlinear optics and frequency conversion.
